We offer sandblasting and painting to help ensure the quality of the components we build. This is an important step to perform when producing a turn key product for our customers.
Rize Manufacturing can work with your needs for blasting media to match the best results to the specific job. Conventional abrasive blasting for industrial coating prep is available. We also have a water injected blasting process that is used to control dust while blasting. Sandblasting services can be mobilized to customers location to help in the onsite reconditioning projects.
After sandblasting, to clean the surface Rize Manufacturing has the ability to prime and paint the component to customers request or spec. We have completed projects that include equipment coating, industrial coating, and painting on structural components.
Our fabrication processes also include that ability to prep components for galvanizing.
This service is also offered as a stand alone if you are just trying to recondition equipment that has been in use, we don’t have to build it to help you.
